We’re hard at work improving our applicant management tools to make evaluating and vetting candidates even easier. Here are some of the new features we’ve added recently:

Folders, Tags, and Search Features

Organize your candidates into folders, or use tags to easily filter for specific attributes. You can now also perform a global search by name to quickly find candidates you’re looking for. The search will span active and archived applicants from any job.

Automated Emails to Candidates

Disqualifying an applicant from a job means you’re no longer considering them for the position. Once you’ve made this decision, it’s important that you let the applicant know so that they can move on with their job search.

We’ve created pre-written disqualification emails to save you time with this step. In one click, you can send one of our automated messages to provide closure to your disqualified applicants.
