iHire ATS Integration: An Easy, Fast & Secure Way to Hire Qualified Talent

What Is ATS Integration and How Does It Work With iHire?
ATS integration works by connecting your software with our platform. This is a simple process that requires just a few clicks on your end (we’ll even walk you through it). During the connection step, you’ll authorize your ATS to share certain information, including job postings, candidate disposition data, and prescreening questions. Once this step is complete, the integration will begin working within 48 hours. We can also integrate with an XML feed or a link to your career site.
From there, we will publish all the jobs from your ATS, but you’ll be able to select which jobs we’ll prioritize and promote for maximum exposure to targeted candidates. The number of promoted jobs depends on the amount of Job Slots in your subscription, and you can always upgrade to more Slots if needed. Note that promoted jobs tend to get 14 times more responses than basic jobs – those that are imported from your ATS but are not advertised through a paid Job Slot.
At any time, you can create, prioritize, edit, or remove rules for which jobs you’d like to promote, based on keywords, location, career title, and company.

- Jobs Sync: All your jobs are sent to iHire and automatically posted on our relevant talent communities, saving you time and effort while increasing your postings’ exposure to the right applicants.
- iHire Apply Sync: Candidates who apply for your jobs on iHire are sent directly to your ATS. As mentioned, this provides a positive user experience that can dramatically increase applies.
- Screening Questions Sync: Applicant screening questions and candidates’ responses are shared between our systems, allowing you to enhance candidate quality without extra effort.
- Candidate Status Sync: Candidate disposition data is shared between platforms, as you indicate each applicant’s status during different stages of the recruitment process (for example, screening, interviewing, disqualification, hired, etc.). You’ll save time, improve reporting capabilities, and more readily determine ROI from iHire.
- Source Attribution Sync: You’ll be able to see in your ATS which applicants came from iHire, once again, giving you insights into ROI.
- Resume Search Import: If you subscribe to our Resume Search, resumes you save will be sent to your ATS, allowing you to expand your talent pool.
