Natalie is the Manager of EAP for Publix Super Markets, Inc., previously serving as their Labor Relations Specialist and Survey Projects Analyst. In the past, she worked with the City of Lakeland as an HR Generalist and Specialist, served the American Cancer Society in Talent and Development, and was an HR Rep for her alma mater, the University of Central Florida (UCF). Natalie has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UCF and holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. She has also been a Mid-Florida SHRM Chapter Member since 2011 and is currently the Chapter President.

Rachael Simmons
iHire Customer Success Manager
Rachael Simmons is a Customer Success Manager and Career Advisor at iHire. She’s been with iHire since 2018, with previous roles as an Account Manager (Small Business Sales) and Account Executive (Large Business Sales).
