Getting Started Posting Your AI-Generated Job Ad

To start creating your AI job posting, sign in to your account, select “Jobs” on the left-hand menu, then “Post Job.” Enter a few basic details about your opening, including the job title, hiring organization, work environment (in-person, remote, hybrid), location, and salary.

Next, select up to 14 benefits you offer to help your ad stand out. You can also add custom benefits if you don’t see yours on the list. Remember, job seekers want to see information like salary range and benefits before deciding to apply for a position, so don’t skip these initial steps when you post a job.

Creating the Job Description

On the next screen, simply select “Generate with AI” to create your customized job description in seconds. You will also see the option to create your job description manually or reuse a previously created job description (if you have one).

You’ll then see a preview of your AI-generated job description. The description contains the details you entered in the beginning of the flow, such as salary, as well as the top skills desired for the position, company information, and DEI and EEO statements – this information has been created automatically with generative AI.

From there, you can choose to refine the tone of the content, making it more formal or casual, or lengthening or shortening it with the click of a button. All changes will be highlighted so you can easily see where AI has revised your ad. You will be able to make further edits manually on the next screen by selecting “Accept and Edit.” Or, you can opt to discard the AI job posting to add your job description another way.

Editing and Finalizing Your Job Ad

Once you select “Accept and Edit,” you can make manual edits to your job ad as needed right in the text box. You will also see additional AI-suggested skills and keywords suggested to help you attract more qualified candidates.  

Before moving to the final steps in the posting flow, take a moment to review your job ad in its entirety. Ensure all information, including company and position details, is accurate.

Next, you’ll complete the final steps in our job posting flow, including indicating whether you require applicants to submit a resume and adding prescreening questions.
