Outside Services Supervisor- Landing Golf Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in overseeing the daily outside service operations.
• Assists with training of new and existing staff.
• Assists in managing outside golf operations staff.
• Ensures golf cart fleet in maintained.
• Ensures practice facility is maintained.
• Maintaining Rental Club Inventory. Weekly counts and reporting.
• Assists in the purchasing and ordering of outside service products
• Works with Cart Vendors, EZGO/CLUB CAR to maintain fully operational fleet.
• Ensures cart facility is kept clean and organized.
• Assists with daily, monthly, gratuities for outside services staff.
• Uses Reynolds Lake Oconee purchase order systems
• Maintains levels of supplies for operation
• Enforces rules of golf and rules of Reynolds Lake Oconee
• Assists with tournament operations of all member events
• Assists with the tournament operation of Corporate Golf Events.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience/Education:

• Previous experience with a golf facility operation.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must have a driver's license with a good MVR.

Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Actively demonstrates, encourages, trains and models safety rules and guidelines in accordance with the company, OSHA, EPA, DNR and other state and federal law requirements.
• Demonstrates and documents safety training and orientation for all employees.
• Investigates loss producing incidents and reviews prevention recommendations with all employees
• Takes personal responsibility for safety every day.
