Job description

Sales Representatives at Scene75 are friendly, upbeat individuals with a desire to inform clients about all Scene75 has to offer, and sell fun! We are looking for someone who brings a fun energy to the environment, has great communication and listening skills, outgoing and self-motivated, sales-minded, focused, and goal-oriented.
This position reports to the Business Development Manager
Requirements and Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Provides exceptional service to our guests based on our core values, both in-person and on the telephone
Answers questions about the facility, pricing, group events, parties, food and beverage, hours of operation, location, events, promotions, etc.
Sales:
Books parties and group events
Achieves goal of reaches set out by management
Enters guest outreach data in the KPI scorecard
Up-sells events to obtain maximum revenue
Sells parties, both in person and on the phone
Accurately completes the party order form
Understands the party schedules and operations
Knowledge on party packages, pricing, and up-sell items
Collects the deposit
Administration
Processes credit card transactions
Closes out credit card machine and prepares appropriate financial reports
Updates relief staff on any pertinent information at end of shift
Properly handles sensitive customer data and personal information
Qualifications
Exceptional guest service skills and a desire to implement the company’s core values to exceed guests’ expectations every time
Enjoys working in a team environment and is passionate about sharing fun with others
Computer, cash register, and basic mathematical skills
Professional appearance
Effective communication skills
Prior experience in guest service and/or sales environment is preferred but not required
Obtained or currently pursuing at least a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
