North Jersey Professional Rehabilitation has been serving the Sussex County region since 2001. The company originally opened in Franklin, then moved to Sparta in August 2005. The current location is directly in the center of Sussex County, allowing the capability to serve patients from all areas of Sussex County, as well as parts of Passaic Warren and Morris Counties in New Jersey and Orange County in New York. North Jersey Professional Rehabilitation is a small company that relies on personalized and attentive care. We have provided such good outcomes in an inviting,comfortable environment with great success treating patients that many individuals return to our facility for subsequent  treatment as new injuries/physical therapy issues arise year after year.  The facility is owned and operated by Christopher Hayden, MSPT, OCS. He has been a licensed physical therapist for thitry-five (35) years and is a Board Certified orthopedic physical therapist for the past twenty (20) years.
