We develop and deliver inclusive, innovative fitness programs for health clubs and home – 12 programs total, including strength training, cardio, dance, cycle, Loaded Movement, HIIT, mind-body, and more.

We partner with fitness facilities and YMCAs worldwide so they can deliver world-class group fitness workouts to suit every mover and attract and retain members.

We also deliver workouts straight to the home user through MOSSA On Demand, an ever-expanding library of streaming workouts and education that’s available anytime, anywhere and to anyone.
