Sr Data Analyst, Supply Chain Strategy & Analysis

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Supply Chain or relevant field of study

Work Experiences:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to mine, evaluate, and visualize data
• Experience in data modeling
• Previous experience with advanced analytical tools preferably MicroStrategy, Power BI and Cognos BI (SCI Manhattan Active)
• Experience in the distribution, logistics or retail industry.

• Working knowledge of Enterprise systems (Manhattan WMS/Oracle Transportation Management/Oracle RMS), Business Intelligence systems (MicroStrategy), SQL.
• Ability to understand retail merchandise hierarchy, store network, and organizational structure.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize deliverables.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users to gather requirements, ensure data solutions meet business needs, and maintain strong relationships across departments
• Create comprehensive reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to support business decisions
• Define, standardize and document Supply chain KPIs by consulting respective business leaders
• Create and maintain interactive data visualizations from multiple data sources, helping decision-makers understand key metrics and KPIs
• Analyze data to answer key questions and provide strategic recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Proactively monitor and resolve data integrity issues in data models and dashboards.
• Analyze Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct root cause analyses, and provide reports and/or recommendations to support decision making.
• Train other team members on analytical models and business processes assigned.
• Develop, refine, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure Supply Chain operational performance.
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team.
• Required to learn company policies and procedures.
