Position Highlights
As a Registered Dietitian at Ellsworth AFB, you will:
- Deliver high-quality medical nutrition therapy to improve the health and performance of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough nutrition assessments, evaluating everything from dietary intake to medical history.
- Apply advanced knowledge of clinical dietetics, enteral and parenteral nutrition, and food service management.
- Participate in innovative research and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead studies and analyses to optimize nutrition programs, resources, and services.
What You Bring to the Team
- U.S. Citizenship
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in nutrition or dietetics from an ACEND-accredited institution or completion of an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Internship Program with 1200 hours of supervised practice.
- Registration: Current registration as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Licensure: A current, full, active, and unrestricted dietetics license or certification.
- Experience: At least one year of specialized experience in diet therapy post-graduation.
