Golf Course Construction Sales

The Fredco Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in Golf Course Construction Sales to join our team. If you’re passionate about golf course operations and have a knack for building relationships and closing deals, we want to speak with you!

What You’ll Be Selling:

You’ll represent Fredco’s full range of golf course and athletic field services, including:

• Bunker renovations and drainage solutions
• Irrigation system installation
• Aerification services (deep tine, core aeration, verticutting, topdressing, and more)
• Turf health improvement solutions for golf courses and athletic facilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience selling to golf course superintendents, groundskeepers, or facility managers
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance or construction is a strong plus
• A dynamic communicator who’s comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers in the golf industry
• Proven outside sales experience, ideally in turf management, landscaping, irrigation, or golf course equipment/services
• Comfortable attending and representing the company at trade shows and industry events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – including the ability to craft proposals
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your territory independently
• Competency in using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office tools
