Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: DAVID L. BAKER, FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA

David L. Baker, located in the breathtaking landscapes of Fountain Valley, CA, is renowned for its exceptional golfing experience and outstanding food and beverage services. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Train, supervise, and assist in hiring staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
• Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for food and beverage supplies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Food & Beverage vendors
• Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the events team to help support banquets, weddings, and special events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
