Amentum is seeking a Topside Engineer to perform a variety of engineering functions to support Integrated Topside Design (ITD) for aircraft carriers (CVNs) and Mine Warfare, Auxiliary, Amphibious and Command (MAAC) ships.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Physics, Naval Architecture, or Mathematics.
Minimum twelve (12) years of a demonstrated and established knowledge base and subject matter expertise.
Minimum seven (7) years of experience in Research, Development, Test, Engineering, or Integration related to shipboard systems.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following specific areas: System performance requirements; Ship operations (Safety, HM&E, Structural, Vulnerability, Physical clearances, Navigation, Navigation lights, Exhaust and Intakes, RADHAZ, Environmental, Shock and Vibration, Combat systems, System coverage); Deck operations (Replenishment at sea, Line handling, Ordnance, Small boat operations, Man overboard, Damage Control) Aviation; Aviation; Signatures; or EMI/EMC.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
