Position Summary:

As a Field Manager at T-ROC, you will play a critical role in leading, supporting, and empowering your assigned field team to drive success. Youll oversee daily tasks, provide support, and ensure top-tier execution while maintaining quality standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to achieving company goals and delivering exceptional results in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support field teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet company expectations.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and real-time guidance as needed.
  • Conduct regular field check-ins to ensure compliance with company standards and address challenges in real time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field employees, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to relay field insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for development.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring a smooth workflow and positive customer interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and deployment of field team members.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve field team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Hire, train, and develop high-performing field teams.
  • Responsible for completion and verification of I-9 forms for new hires, ensuring compliance with federal employment eligibility regulations and deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What it Takes to ROC This Role:

  • 4+ years of experience managing field teams or leading retail teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Experience managing remote or dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
