Description:
Rockville Soccer Club is seeking a passionate and committed Youth Soccer Coach to join our growing program in Rockville and Frederick, MD. We are a diverse, community-based club focused on player development, sportsmanship, and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor youth players (ages U8–U16).

• Plan and conduct 2–3 weekly training sessions and manage weekend games.

• Provide a positive, inclusive, and competitive learning environment.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.

• Uphold the club’s values and mission.

Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience (youth level preferred).

• USSF Grassroots License or higher.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Passion for player development and teamwork.

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Experience with diverse communities.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly or seasonal stipend based on experience. Coaching education support available.
