Dietitian- Part Time

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to join our team. In this part-time role (16 hours a week), you will provide personalized nutrition counseling and education to employees and their families. You will work closely with health care professionals to optimize overall health and well-being across a variety of health needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct nutritional assessments, offer nutrition counseling, and deliver personalized nutrition education. Support the Medical Center's mission by providing high-quality nutrition services. Support nutrition-focused wellness challenges as part of the Worthington Enterprises Wellness Program. Encourage healthier eating and provide resources via presentations and using platforms like Worthington Nutrition Teams community and the Company Intranet. Collaborate with AVI Vending to ensure healthier food options are available to employees through the national Go for Green Program. Serve as the Quit Specialist for tobacco cessation, supporting employees, spouses, and adult dependents. This requires certification through the American Lung Association. Requirements: Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or equivalent. Member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition and wellness practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and motivate others. Experience in nutrition counseling and creating wellness programs is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Why Worthington Enterprises?
