Graduate Assistant Coach - Cross Country and Track & Field

Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Mens and Womens Cross Country and Track & Field. The primary role of this position will be to serve as the Head Coach for the Mens Running Club while also working with the varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams.

Duties consist of recruiting, budget management, mentoring and discipling of students-athletes, building training plans, scheduling competitions, and other duties as needed for the Running Club. Additionally, this individual is expected to work with both the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach to assist with other duties that are assigned.

• A valid drivers license is required
• Must pass a background check
• Collegiate running and/or coaching experience required
• Recruiting experience encouraged but not required
