Required Education: 4 Year Degree Position: Western Colorado University invites applications for the full-time position of Head Women's Volleyball Coach. The position reports to the Director of Athletics, works closely with the Deputy Director of Athletics, the Associate Athletics Director for Business Operations and Assistant Athletic Director for Communications. Responsibilities: The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organizing and for administering all aspects of the Western's Womens' Volleyball program. The incumbent will be responsible for fostering and supporting student-athlete welfare, recruiting highly qualified student-athletes, practice scheduling and competitions, coaching athletes in practice and games, maintaining a strong academic environment, supervising coaching staff, maintaining budget, conducting and managing all facets of camps, cultivating alumni, direct involvement working with program-specific fundraising as well as participation in Athletic Department fundraising.
