Part -Time Corporate Partnerships Associate Chicago Stars Football Club Chicago, IL The Chicago Stars are Chicago's ambassador to the global sport of football. Summary: The Corporate Partnerships Associate is a Part-time Temporary/Seasonal role that will report to the Sr. Manager of Corporate Partnerships Activation and gain comprehensive experience in sports partnerships, focusing on both activation and sales-related projects. Position Duration: April 1 - November 28, 2025 Open to recent college graduates or students graduating in Spring 2025. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Activation: Gain hands-on experience in developing and executing sponsorship activation programs for club partners. Assist in the planning, setup, and breakdown of partner activations, including experiential and in-match implementations Coordinate and facilitate logistics for corporate partners participating in match-day experiences Support the execution and fulfillment of contractual elements, with the opportunity to manage accounts under the Sr. Manager's guidance. Provide top-tier customer service to corporate partners at various events, including camps, clinics, practice viewings, suite nights, theme nights, and Chicago Stars Partner Alliance events. Support off-site events and activations throughout the Chicago area. Capture, organize, and catalog high-quality photographs of partner activations, signage, special events, and promotions for use in proposals and recaps. Sales: Develop business acumen by supporting the sales team on proposals and prospects. Conduct industry research for proposals and partnership recaps. Contribute to brainstorming creative and engaging ideas to generate revenue for the department. Administrative Tasks: Ship packages to clients and contacts. Prepare and submit financial paperwork related to department purchases and expenses. Track inventory of sponsored giveaways and organize storage spaces. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Authorized to work in the United States. Successfully pass a background check. Available for the entire term of the position (March - December 2025). Reliable transportation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Required: Passion for women's sports, sponsorship activation, and sales, with a positive attitude. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and senior executives. Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with corporate partners. Strong initiative and attention to detail on assigned projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Commitment to upholding core values: Excellence, Performance, and Accountability, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and community impact. Preferred: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of the sports business landscape, including trends and best practices. Experience capturing high-quality photos. Physical/Environmental Requirements: Office: Standard office working conditions, with the need to occasionally work evenings and weekends. Hybrid model: Three days required in office Matchday: Job requires working in a fast-paced, high-activity outdoor professional sports venue, potentially at heights and exposed to varying weather conditions. Duties include standing for long periods, walking long distances, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, and lifting/moving up to 45 pounds.
