The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time or part-time Team Dining Culinary Supervisor to join our team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team's kitchen, ensuring a clean and organized environment. If you are passionate about creating nutritious and delicious meals in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a dedicated team to fuel top-performing athletes, this role is for you.

What will you do?
Assist in coordinating and participating in the preparation of various food items
Prepare and execute meals according to the team's nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions
Help with creating menus and managing cost controls
Prepare a variety of meals to cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of professional athletes
Provide guidance and support to team members
More about you
Minimum of 2 years of culinary management experience in a related food service operation
Experience in managing employees in a culinary environment and ServSafe certified
Leadership, supervisory, training, management, and coaching skills
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel
Ability to set up and distribute production sheets
Shift details
Day shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Evenings as needed
Weekends
Event based
Overtime as needed
