Builds and maintains the recruiting board for all classes with class sizes reaching up to 3,000 individuals. Assists with hosting prospects and parents on official and unofficial visits. Communicate and build relationships with prospects and parents. Assists with the collection of transcripts and academic monitoring. Helps Head Coach and assistant coaches with their recruiting travel and logistics while on road. Collaborate to monitor and evaluate the transfer portal. Assists with all camps and clinics as it relates to recruiting needs. Performs research and special projects as assigned. Manages all program assistants and students working in personnel. Tracks and distributes recruits' competition results to staff throughout season. Attends away contests with travel team as instructed by General Manager. Manages upkeep of ARMS recruiting database. Assists the General Manager & Personnel members with all day-to-day activities. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be required. 8 years of relevant experience required. 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
