• 7,000 square foot rehab facility located in Big Flats, NY
• Collaborative practice with medical and surgical providers, as well as a rehab model that includes Physical therapy assistants, Physical therapist and Certified Hand therapists.
• The rehab facility is embedded into the Surgical Specialties building including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, Cardiology, Pediatrics, and Occupational Medicine.
