Position: DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Required Qualifications:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of California

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At least (1) year of experience working in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification

Experience in collegiate athletics or high performance sport

Experience working with general population

Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and commitment to education

Responsibilities:

Execute up to (34) physical therapy sessions per week

Attend team meetings (2) hours per week

Utilize TrueCoach programming platform and Jane documentation system

Evaluate and construct individualized physical therapy programs for Monarch members

Collaborate and cooperate with the Monarch Medical and Strength and Conditioning departments

Job Type: Independent Contractor/Full Time

Starting Pay: $85,000-90,000 per year with opportunities for additional income
