Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support by creating high-touch customer experiences.
• Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans to help patients improve daily functioning and quality of life
• Maintain accurate patient care and billing records.
• Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Report and interpret treatment results.
• Supervise support staff and collaborate with other team members.
• Perform clinical functions in compliance with facility, state, and Medicare policies.
• Educate patients' families and staff on treatment goals.
• Participate in meetings, in-services, and community activities.
• Adhere to AOTA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
