Position Summary:

In the esteemed position of CEO at NOLA Gold Rugby, you will not only occupy
a pivotal role but also bear the responsibility of sculpting the trajectory of our esteemed
organization. Directly accountable to our esteemed Board of Directors, you will spearhead
strategic initiatives aimed at propelling NOLA Gold Rugby to unparalleled heights of success, both
on and off the field. Your stewardship will be instrumental in cementing our status as a premier
sports entity, delivering concrete returns to our valued shareholders, and nurturing our enduring
bonds with the community we proudly represent.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic goals in collaboration with the Board.
• Work closely with the Board Chair to set an annual agenda for the board meetings.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan and budget, ensuring effective implementation.
• Implement robust governance and operational frameworks to support organizational growth.
• Provide leadership and direction to our dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MLR, USA Rugby, and our valued sponsors.
• Innovate in commercial activities to create new revenue streams and support our programs.
• Support the high-performance rugby program to recruit and develop top talent.
• Ensure effective management of our stadium to provide an optimal home for professional rugby.
• Requirements: We are seeking a proven leader with experience as a Chief Executive or Senior Executive in
• the sports or entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, strong
• communication skills, and a deep passion for high-performance sports, especially rugby. A Bachelor’s
• degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field is required.
